Contact and Booking
When you contact me, I use your name, contact details and message to reply to your enquiry. When you book, I also use information about your session and appointment time to manage our agreement.
The legal basis is the performance of our agreement or your request before entering into an agreement under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Other questions are answered on the basis of my legitimate interest in handling enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Without the necessary contact details, I cannot reply to you or manage your booking.
Do not include health information in the contact form.
The contact form also uses a temporary code based on your IP address to limit spam. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in protecting the website against misuse under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Storage and Service Providers
Providers of hosting, email and the clinic’s IT systems may process information on behalf of Lea Kropsterapi.
Enquiries are deleted once they have been concluded and are no longer necessary for an agreement or a specific dispute. Booking information is retained while it is needed to manage your appointments, any 5-session package and outstanding payments.
Information in accounting records is retained for five years from the end of the relevant financial year. This follows from the Danish Bookkeeping Act under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Your Rights
You can request access to your information and ask for errors to be corrected. Depending on the processing, you may also have information erased or transferred, have its use restricted and object to the processing. If the processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Cookies and Google Maps
The website uses necessary cookies and similar technologies to function and remember your cookie choices. Statistics cookies are optional.
If you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google to measure visits and use of the website, including completed bookings. The purpose is to understand what works and improve the website. The processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Google receives information about your use of the website. Read how Google uses information from sites or apps that use Google’s services.
Google Analytics loads only after you accept statistics cookies. If you reject statistics cookies, we do not send statistics to Google Analytics. You can still use the website and book a session.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie icon at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal applies from that point forward and does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out on the basis of your consent.
Google Maps
On the contact page, we show a static map by default that does not load content from Google. If you give consent to Google Maps, you can instead use an interactive map. When the interactive map loads, a connection is made to Google’s services, and Google may receive information about your device and connection, including your IP address.
If you do not give consent, you can still see the address and directions and choose to open Google Maps yourself using an external link. When you click the link, you leave our website and open Google’s service. Read Google’s Privacy Policy.
