Bookings, payments and cancellations
Terms for your session and 5-session package.
Booking and Prices
You enter into the agreement with Lea Kropsterapi, CVR 46390865. All prices are in Danish kroner and include the total amount you must pay.
Book your session through Book a Session. The price is shown before you confirm your booking. Your appointment is only final once you have received confirmation by email.
If you have a 5-session package, book using your session credits in My Account.
Payment
Individual sessions are paid for after the session at the clinic by MobilePay or in cash.
The 5-session package is paid in advance. You can pay using the MobilePay details sent by email, or by MobilePay or in cash at the clinic.
Online payment through the website is not yet available.
Discount Terms
The amount of the discount, the sessions it applies to and any deadlines are stated in the individual offer.
The discount is personal and cannot be transferred. The same offer may be used only once per person. Multiple registrations, email addresses or user profiles do not entitle you to multiple discounts under the same offer.
Unless the offer states otherwise, the discount cannot be combined with other offers or used for a 5-session package.
We may change or end offers for the future. If you have already met the conditions for a discount, it will continue to apply under the terms on which it was granted.
You can always book at the standard price without subscribing to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email without losing a discount you have already earned.
5-Session Package
A 5-session package contains five 75-minute sessions. See the current price and saving on the Treatments and Prices page.
Order the package through the contact form. It must be paid for before you can use your session credits. See the payment options under Payment.
We will add the package to your profile no later than two business days after receiving payment. You will receive email confirmation when it is ready. You can then book your sessions in My Account.
The package can be used to book sessions for 12 months from the purchase date. Sessions may take place after the expiry date if they were booked before it expired.
If you have already booked a session
If you want to use a session credit for a session you have already booked without a package, email info@leakropsterapi.dk. Include your name and the date and time of the session. The package must be paid for before a session credit can be used.
If you buy a package on the day of your session
If you want to use one session credit for the session you have just received, email info@leakropsterapi.dk after making payment. Ask us to add the package to your profile and register that day’s session as one used credit. You will then have four credits remaining.
For both changes, the following applies: your request must be sent by email. A verbal message at the clinic is not sufficient. The change is only complete once you have received confirmation.
Cancelling a package and receiving the unused balance
If you want to cancel your package or receive payment of the unused balance, email info@leakropsterapi.dk or use the contact form. Include your name and the email address connected to the package. We process the request manually and send confirmation by email.
You may request payment of the package’s unused balance during its validity period and for up to one year after expiry. The refund covers the value of unused session credits. Session credits already used are not refunded when the unused balance is redeemed in the ordinary way. This does not limit your rights if there is a defect in the service.
We will pay the unused balance without a fee no later than 14 days after your request. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.
If you have already booked sessions using the package, tell us which appointments your request concerns. To cancel or reschedule a single session, continue to use My Account under the ordinary cancellation rules.
My Account
In My Account, you can see your bookings, reschedule or cancel an appointment, book using your 5-session package and update your contact details.
You sign in using a one-time link sent to your email. You do not need a password.
To book an individual session without a package, use Book a Session.
Right of Withdrawal
When you book a session through the website or order a 5-session package through the contact form, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement is entered into.
To withdraw, give us clear notice, for example by emailing info@leakropsterapi.dk or using the contact form. Your notice must be sent before the deadline expires. You can also use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of the page.
If you want the service to begin before the withdrawal period expires, you must expressly ask for the service to begin. If you then withdraw, you pay only for the part already supplied, provided you were informed of this in advance. The amount is calculated proportionally based on the total agreed price.
The right of withdrawal ends only when the full agreed service has been supplied and you expressly agreed in advance that the service could begin and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would end once the service was fully supplied. Activating a 5-session package does not in itself end the right of withdrawal.
If you withdraw, we will refund the amount you are entitled to without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. The amount will be refunded without a fee using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal is separate from the change and cancellation rules below. The cancellation rules do not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.
Changes and Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge in My Account no later than 24 hours before the session.
For later cancellations or changes, and for missed appointments, you pay the full session price. If the session was booked with a 5-session package, one session credit is used instead.
If you cannot use My Account
If you cannot access My Account or the system is not working, email info@leakropsterapi.dk or use the contact form.
Include your name, the date and time of the session, and whether you want to cancel or reschedule. Your message must be received no later than 24 hours before the session for the change or cancellation to be free of charge.
If you want to reschedule, a new appointment is only agreed once you have received confirmation. A system error does not automatically cancel or reschedule your booking.
Cancellations and changes are handled through My Account or in writing as described above, not by phone, text message or verbal agreement at the clinic.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a session or purchase, email info@leakropsterapi.dk or use the contact form. Describe what happened and what help you would like.
We will review your enquiry and reply to clarify the matter and try to find a solution with you.
Standard Withdrawal Form
You may use this form if you want to withdraw from an agreement. You are not required to use the form.
